Soul-Speak Reflections

The Space Between Before & After

As an intuitive, I receive messages in many ways, one of them being clairvoyance, or clear-seeing. Often, I’m shown images as though they’re projected onto a movie screen in my mind.

For several months now, I’ve been receiving the same recurring image: a split screen depicting before and after, separated by a thick black line. Humanity is standing in that line, in the space between. We are in transition.

So what does that mean?

First, it’s important to remember that everything is energy, and energy moves in vibration, which can be measured by frequency - how fast that movement occurs. Think of it like keys on a piano: the same note can be played at the low end or the high end of the keyboard. It’s still the same note, just in a lower or higher frequency. In the same way, humanity is evolving vibrationally. Our collective frequency is increasing, and we no longer fit in the energetic octave we’ve been living in. As we rise into a higher expression of being, we are naturally releasing old systems, beliefs, and structures that no longer support our growth, much like a snake shedding its skin when it becomes too tight.

This is why the world feels so turbulent right now. What appears to be regression is actually collapse, it’s the dismantling of outdated ways of being. Everything that cannot rise into the new frequency is making a last attempt to stay relevant and in control. But we are outgrowing those old structures, and we’ve crossed a point of no return. There is no going back, and understandably, that can feel frightening.

Humans crave predictability and familiarity. Even when something no longer serves us, we often cling to it because the unknown feels more terrifying than staying miserable. This is why so many people remain in unhealthy relationships, unfulfilling careers, or limiting situations. The discomfort of change feels greater than the pain of staying, but growth always requires courage.

So if we are in transition… what is coming?
What does the after look like?

Historically, humanity has looked to the past to predict the future, and that’s why history so often repeats itself. But what if the future were not bound by the past at all? What if nothing that’s ever been had any authority over what could be? Suddenly, possibility becomes limitless. Imagination becomes unbound. This is the invitation before us now: to release attachment to old narratives, memories, and inherited limitations, and to consciously create from an open field of potential.

This is both our opportunity and our responsibility.

Millions upon millions of people across the planet are envisioning a more loving, equitable, unified world, and if that weren’t true, we wouldn’t be witnessing such intense upheaval as the old systems are being dismantled. Collapse always precedes rebirth.

But vision alone isn’t enough.

To shape that which comes next into the loving, unified, abundant world we dream of inhabiting, we must consistently choose light where there has been darkness. We’ve got to lead with heart instead of fear, compassion instead of cruelty, understanding instead of judgment. We must learn to see beyond behavior and into the soul beneath it, and find connection with one another there. How we see our fellows is what determines how the after unfolds.

If we choose to meet aggression with aggression, and hardship with apathy, we will continue to recreate much of the same. But if we meet pain with compassion, and fear with empathy, we change the frequency entirely. Kindness is not weakness, it is one of the most powerful forces there is.

A war can be waged in many ways. It does not have to be fought with violence or hostility. It can be transformed through compassion, empathy, and love. Peace is not merely the absence of conflict, it is the presence of understanding and unification.

This is why intention matters so deeply. Intention carries as much energy as action, perhaps even more. As our path forward continues to reveal itself, may we walk it with open hearts, anchored in love, compassion, kindness, and grace, and may we see the Divine in all things.

We are not witnessing the end of the world,
We are witnessing the end of an old way of being in the world.

And something far more beautiful is waiting to be born, in the “after.”

🌼 Monthly Self-Care Tip
When you first wake up in the morning resist the screen urge, and take the first 15 minutes for yourself free from distraction. Just be present.
Drink a large glass (12-16oz) of lukewarm lemon-water all at once, and then take a moment to say out loud at least one thing you are grateful for.

You are so loved.
